The following guidelines are provided for scheduling or pre-registering for procedures.
We ask that all patients pre-register for their procedures since it reduces wait time. Even if your physician's office scheduled your procedure, you should also call and pre-register.
Central Scheduling: 419.423.5323
- Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
- Call to schedule outpatient testing and procedures
- This may or may not have been done by your physician
Pre-Registration: 419.423.5304
- Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Call to verify your personal information after scheduling your outpatient procedure or testing
- Have your insurance information available when you call
Things to Remember the Day of your Procedure
- Arrive at the BVH Center for Diagnostic Studies (corner of Pearl St. and South Main St.) 20 minutes before your procedure.
- You may park in the lot west of CDS or use our free valet parking service.
- If your procedure is scheduled after 7:00 p.m., please park in the ER parking lot or underground parking garage, just outside the Ruse Center.
