Patients can now conveniently book appointments directly through the BVHS website, with real-time availability for routine check-ups, follow-ups, and more—choosing the primary care physician or provider that best fits their needs. Additionally, urgent care visits and screening mammogram appointments can be scheduled online.

Additional Scheduling Options

If you have an outpatient procedure or test, you may need to schedule the date and time by calling our Patient Access team. If your physician has already scheduled you for an outpatient procedure, pre-registration with BVHS is still needed. We kindly request that all patients pre-register for their procedures, as this helps reduce wait times.
