Blanchard Valley Health System is committed to helping area students connect with meaningful healthcare opportunities. We understand the value of clinical experiences and strive to engage medical professionals dedicated to exceptional patient care.

To better connect you to opportunities at BVHS, please complete the form below. If your rotation dates have changed, you will need to submit a new student request form. Please allow 30 days to process student requests. Priority is given to BVHS associates.

The following areas have reached the student limit for 2026. No applications will be accepted for Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Emergency Medicine. 

We will begin to take 2027 students in August. BVHS strives to accommodate all student opportunities, however we cannot guarantee placement.
