EasternWoods Family Practice offers preventative care, wellness visits, health screenings, vaccinations, medication adherence support, and chronic disease management. Our emphasis is on prevention and wellness, and we work with patients to promote long-term health and improve their day-to-day quality of life. Conveniently located in the EasternWoods complex off US Route 224 in Findlay, we deliver comprehensive care close to home.
